Finishing Wellington Marathon 1995 NZ Map New Zealand offers some excellent ways to experience its awesome sceneries to those of us, who want to do everything on foot. Below is a selection of runs I had the pleasure to take part in or just support friends. Sometimes on my runs I carry a camera, thus combining my interest in both, running and photography. My intention is first of all to record the event for myself, but also to show my friends, what they have missed.

The Mt Kaukau New Year Run
2005 Event has been Cancelled

I want to express my sincere thanks to all those fine runners and walkers who have supported this event since 1995.

After 10 years I need a little break and therefore this event will not take place in 2005. If it will be put back on in 2006, I do not know yet. Please come back to check towards the end of 2005.

I hope that those of you who have made this run a fixed entry in your running calendar will understand my decision.

I have made it into the Planeteer Spotlight at Run the Planet.
Check it out and meet other Planeteers from around the world.
This site is currently undergoing a face-lift, which will also include
the rescanning of a number of images of questionable quality. I also
intend to add images of additional runs to the selection.
