| The two years I have done this run (1994 and 1995), friends from the Wellington Marathon Clinic and I ran it as our "regular" long Sunday training run, i.e. at our usual training pace of 5 minutes per km. To make it a bit more exciting we used to run it both ways with a little extra bit at the end totalling approximately 34 km. |
